Yes the outcome on Tues is a bit hard to judge based on recent sp movements and/or shorting activity.
The sp certainly has been luck-lustre recently, but not to the degree where leaks are suggesting really bad news is coming.
IMO a Yes will only have a limited upside to the sp - given the continued uncertainty as to whether RRL will ever proceed with the mine.
IMO a No will be a disaster for the sp - at least in the short-term until they work out something productive to do with all the cash they will be generating.
Meanwhile the granting of an Extension - will elicit a "why in gods name did they go into a Trading Halt!"
