Can you find any info about the owners behind Abacus Enterprises Pty Ltd who is one of their shareholders? It seems odd that it is not registered for GST and yet they can acquire more shares? Sounds like a similar case with Adani Group. The revenues and cash receipts are up but why are they not reducing the expenses when they already have those 2 big contracts?
