25 years and you haven't realised markets are 'forward' looking, hence the term 'speculative'. If we all adopted your 'model' then Sum would be worth $0 because the resource isn't indicated. You play your conservative game, tinker with your black scholes models, wait for the drill results, then enter if you choose, but should there be a decent resource you'll be entering at significantly higher multiples than we are. Don't force your investment approach on others. I for one am quite comfortable paying a premium now on the potential of this project.
