Appears Catalano has approached ARN with another takeover proposal for SXL.

No doubt the Regional TV 'assets' and Listnr are still thorns in everyone's side. However, with both listed stakeholders MCs continuing to drop and a likely unpalatable financial report impending for SXL and ARN, it will be interesting to see what, if anything, comes from these talks.
