…oh, and Reg you asked about the Cell Branches. Why 2 of them? Well, there’s not just those branches - there’s also a Tissues branch under OTP. Recall MSB’s products are not just cells - they’re tissues too, depending on the definition limits used.
From an obvious bureaucratic POV, the OTP is a super-office whose aim is to employ more public servants. To get the work done. To be ready for the next pandemic etc.
But from an industry & bureaucratic oversight POV the new branches at the same admin level assist with dispute resolution, avoid bottlenecking, and provide competing managerial staff for merit-based promotion.
I think it’s healthy for Matt not to be the only mouth in the village. Not sure Matt shares that view.
