My understanding is that Lindian intends to obtain funds from two sources in order to build the plant, purchase equipment and pay for infrastructure.
One source will be debt. I assume short term debt which will be repaid once production commences. The second source will be via a capital raising. The CR most likely will occur when the shareprice increases.
We need to await an announcement to validate the above.
