There is an interesting fact we can learn from observing that conflict. While in the beginning of this war drones were mostly used for recon and artillery direction (except some large jet-like attack drones), now the drones are replacing the artillery and the long range missiles. Obviously there is still plenty of room for both to co-exist (look at what an absolute game changer HIMARS was), but we might be seeing the first steps of drones overtaking every other offensive option. This will be enhanced even further as the sophisticated drone control technologies emerge, like AI-assisted swarms (AI can actually bring value there besides the investor presentations being more appealing). This will create a huge demand for equaly capable counterdrone defence. The potential market is limitless.
