Commodity prices are notoriously unpredictable, if they were predictable the share price of every mining company would be a straight line graph. However, the consensus out of China is not good on either commodity and particularly iron ore of late. However, look what happened to the FMG share price in 2009, 2012 and 2015 when the market turned nasty and they were carrying a back breaking amount of debt.
