Your right, the use cases would be endless. But as far as a gaming perspective, controlling and looking at yourself running around shooting and slashing enemies and monsters, now that would be fun.
Although there are others doing it now or at least on the cusp. https://avaturn.me/ I like this video of someone actually doing it.
But the reality is that the gaming world is so huge that there will be plenty of room for competition and then some for the next few years before it gets to mainstream Imo
