Australia is a very multi cultural country that's is generally very supportive and accepting of many different beliefs to our own.

Freedom of speech is such a great asset.
Generally people move here and have a far better life than they had in their own country.
Work opportunities, safety etc the list goes on.

People also should have the right to decline service if it doesn't feel right to them.
That is their choice.
What defines that will be different to each person.
I can't do business with everyone, but I can choose who I want to do business with, and I do.
It can be for any number of reasons why I do or don't do business with someone.

If I was ever refused service from somewhere I would happily leave and probably never go back.
Recording the encounter really is just a publicity stunt.

You can't have freedom of speech only when it suits your view.
At the end of the day one party wasn't interested in performing a job so no transaction takes place.
It takes two willing parties to make a transaction of doing business.

To suggest this a directive from WES management or is some kind of policy is absurd.
Any business with more than 1 employee is going to have a wide range of views regarding a variety of topics.
What is usually overlooked is the good most people do everday in their workplace.

Plenty of problems in the world other than this to focus on.
