The previous 13cent buy back which was instigated by PPKMEG for unmarketable share amounts, less than $500, has in my opinion nothing to do with this offer. Finexia, a private financial services company is making an opportunistic bid to shareholders of PPKMEG for ulterior reasons of their own.
It might relate to what you said Rookie regards an IPO.
It could be a fair offer but they are interested which is intriguing.
