Does it affect anyone??- NO!.. not yet. cos it has not been commenced on the books.. Once the responsible Minister Gazettes it in the 'paper' and states a START Date - then the BAN commences and anyone who applies/ask/tries to get an approval in the 5km zone has to deal with this NEW law.
and there is only ONE who is going to ask for a Pipe in the 5km zone......... PEP11!
