Good to see the board make a quick & probably appropriate decision (given all the drama over the last few years), and hopefully this demonstrates they are not willing to take any more distractions from just getting on with business.
Incredible if a board member let alone a chairman was told he was allowed to spend on private expenses using a corporate card, but seems appropriate to take drastic action given the regulatory environment this company operates in.
Lets just hope the Hynes & Hynes show can get this ship back on track
