Spenda will make $1m in annual revenue from the current payment volume of $50m/pa.
Total Limepay payment volumes increase by 40% from this deal to $167m. Last year LimePay did $2.8m gross revenue, so this brings it up to $3.8m (annualised).
The reference to 550% increase in current payment volumes is the quote from the founder of Lessn, not from Adrian or SPX. The founder of Lessn says they have a major customer commencing in October (i.e. when Lessn starts using Limepay's tech) which will increase Lessn's payment volumes by 550%.
So the announcement does contain 100% known figures (i.e. $50m/pa payments volume and $1m/pa revenue).
If Lessn doesn't reach the 550% growth from their own forecasts, then Spenda still receives minimum $1m in revenue from the known $50m in payment flows.
