    to be fair, in context i think he was flagging that once passed this nightmare they don't have to be re-evaluated outside of meeting the restrictions within the initial approval. I don't think anyone interpreted that as "now we have approvals we can dump all our acid ontop of baby koalas because they can't take our approvals away"
