Im not getting too hung up over SCQ.... The Niobium market isnt big enough for too much supply and CBMM have all they need for a ling time to come.
The big part about Luni is it is in Australia... The world needs Niobium supply outside of Chinese controlled companies....
WA1 will get their share from the US and others that want to break away from Brazil/China etc... I think its pointless having more supply in Brazil.
