ann out : termination of funding, page-51

I was thinking last night about the withdrawal from the pathology acquisition. This is not the first time Stirling has pulled out from an acquisition and followed it up with another offer. On the 17.7.09 (see ann) they pulled out of AusMilpharma Pty Ltd and soon after bought the Canadian Plant. So in answer to Timely1 question, I would not be surprised if they are looking for another Path business if it fits the ‘business plan’. Personally I see no rush; they have enough on their plate to sort out first.
I’m sure similar questions will be asked at the AGM.
