We'll have a project update by the end of next week. if they have completed comissioning and are putting Uf6 feed in the test loop, personally I'll take that as a big positive. If they are still "commissioning" I'd be looking for a plausible reason why. I know nothing about nuclear, but I would guess they would want to be very sure in the comissioning phase before advancing to enrichment testing. I recall a comissioning project where we were late because a vendor supplied compressor had a valve fault and we have to wait for a simple redesign and supply. No one was worried, it just couldn't be done overnight and we lost a couple of weeks. The pointy end of the plant was all good waiting for the compressor. My point is late doesn't automatically mean failure (and the word apparently is we are still ontrack). Next week may shed a little light.
