The magic word is: Financing.
They will go through several more rounds of financing, meaning diultion for the shares that are already issued. Of course we'll have a smaller share of a bigger company but again, I am afraid they are trying to do too many things at once. Why not start the battery business once the mine and precessing facility are running smoothly and managment resources are freed from these two tasks? I don't like it.
