When managements like this one talk about acquisitions I get scared. There are a few other companies, the typical one was Paragon Care (PGC) whose board see green only on the other shore, acquire them to be written off after 3-4 years.
Except the Hills AV acquisition AMO's capital management has been very poor.
I hope the future M&A are based on AMO's strength.
AMO is a typical example of "skin in the game" act against the retail shareholders.
