I get the feeling potential suitors are simply waiting in the wings to see just how low lithium prices can be manipulated down, and how low our SP can be engineered lower. Once they figure the bottom is in, they’re likely to pounce.

That time must surely be very close.

The absurd thing is our MC is around $1.8bn at the moment, the processing plant, mining and other capital sunken costs are now in the realm of $1bn. That means our 156MT resource (open at depth and various directions, so likely 250MT+) is essentially valued at $800m.

So we have an operating state of the art processing plant, 40 year mine life, top quality staff and management, massive resource, and are valued at less than what Azure minerals, most likely 8 years from production, was sold for.

I feel like I’m in the twilight zone here!

Once the li price picks up and our plant is operating at full capacity and optimised, watch sparks fly.

Potential buyers would be stupid not to pounce on this very soon. I expect a serious bid or two before the end of 2025.

Fun times to be a holder if you’re not a nervous nelly!
