Wish someone would explain to me how that would possibly play out.
Even if RIO should rock up (note pun) and say "Liontown, you're mine" and Gina at ~18% was the only one refusing to sell, then RIO would not be the sole owner, no matter what they offered.
I think there is a get out of jail card where the offer can be conditional for at least 90.1% of the shares, which guarantees a 100% transaction. Anything less and it can be,...
... if a the pursuer wishes all or nothing.
