I agree with you DDD - that lab is under construction. I can't tell from the photo if it's original construction or expansion.
From what I can tell, MSALabs is a subsidiary of a Canadian listed company, and seems to have global reach on mine assay, with onsite facilities.at many mines. The pictures I found all look "fancier" than this one - but why would they advertise small sites at minor mines when they can showcase big buildings?
