    Also why was the placement done in $US ?
    I dont think Bill Richmond is domiciled there?
    Is the apparent spend of $4.983m and the raising of $4.5m some sort of back to back transaction or money merry go round? I really couldnt say or have any informed opinion or make any accusation
    Hopefully the company will provide more details - seems unlikely given past performance
