Doubt it and do not agree with some of the above... yes it is very odd that an MD points out particular dates yet when pressured to give as best a guessmiation as possible- some Directors cave. They want our $$$ and support. I am often amazed at what information is forthcoming over the phone or in person. Yet in writing it is often a very different story.

His indication in relation to b4 the AGM was do not count it out and high... being a very bullish statement to put in writing. Other large holders have received similar statements that i know of.

I am unconcerned with an ASX query as the responses are in writing so i could care less. If he simply pointed it out over the phone I would never state it on a public forum. I am rather annoyed that the ANN seems to point the finger at us as gossip...as it not just from the horses mouth it is in writing.

Pointing to us is simply pointing to himself- which makes no real sense to me.

I enjoy trying to get to truth as best i can and this has proved very well for me in 09-10.

Sure they may be smarter about their own company and maybe they using some of us as a vehicle for self gain. Yet they put themselves at risk when placed in writing. So I cannot see how they are so much smarter. In the investment field I doubt it- you presume too much.

As they are not stupid they never state it as a FACT, yet an indication of probability. Now they will get away with that with ASX. I am sure they will be more wary of wording in writing with prefessional investors especially.

You can push them as hard as you wish to get to the truth, as it is in fact us the shareholders that own their company. Many people seem to forget this fact.

Yet agree that a public forum may not be the place for statements that may be borderline...as I said I am unconcerned. I am sure many are amazed at the pointing out of actual dates of guidence of upcoming ANNs. I am sure he will be more careful next time.

So should some of us not to be hassled by asx, etc.

Anyway I am still bullish of an upcoming ANN... if you sell I will buy- simple as that. We all must trust our own judgement and support our statements with facts or state it speculation. As this is a small speecie. I have no problem in stating I was given an indication of an upcoming ANN as fact. Although worded as above... bullish for my money. Is it borderline insider info- doubt it as it a bullish claim by an MD to keep an investor. Not a direct fabrication. Happens everyday in the investing world.

Let's face it- insiders know the probability of contract signings sometimes months in advance. I have been there and done that. To get a Director to give you a probability of success and in a timeframe is not unreasonable.
