In their view, as someone gullible, your money deserves to flow to those more "prepared" to do whatever it takes.This mindset is reinforced by their use of moral disengagement. By justifying their unethical behavior and dehumanizing their victims, they mentally distance themselves from the harm they cause. They believe that the end justifies the means, and any cognitive dissonance they experience is easily resolved by placing the blame squarely on the victim. Just google "Cognitive Dissonance Reduction," and you’ll see how their behavior patterns align 100% with this concept.
