They do a dodgy finance deal with an overseas company no-one’s ever heard of to tokenise their gold that’s still in the ground. Said company holds possession of any assets. CLZ go into VA and overseas company takes control. New private company with Kalgoorlie connections buys assets back at cents on the dollar with fresh balance sheet.
All IMO of course because that would be naughty.
