Good news if it paves the way for a clean takeover. This is my take as it was only $140,000 to hold onto the Lithium project and they could raise the money by issuing the shortfall of shares. It is possibly bad news if they only sell Surtec and MTC hold onto funds - they would get unlisted as they don’t have a project. Shareholders would be stuck in limbo either waiting for funds or MTC to find another project. I think it’s the first option and good news for shareholders buts it’s just my opinion. GLTAHs
