Be nice to get an update from management, page-12

Thanks Spartan , good points just from my perspective small shareholders like us still make up the biggest collective group of shareholders so I think we deserve some statement from the comapny -within reason. A question though , sorry if I miss something here , theres been no announcement on resubmission has there ? and I dont read that its a simple as a resubmission with a new consent issued as a matter of course ? ..let alone more appeals from Bingman. My understanding is its not just a resubmission of the existing its a complete start from scratch situation.
Also I know it is over and done now , but I really want to see the comapny comment on its shortcomings , or not as they see it , on the tranmission lines. If this ommission is as blatant as we read ( if ) then its not a good look , someone/s didnt do their work thoroughly or was arrogant.
