Hagers you heard anything on Anglos sell down of its coal assets recently? from what I'm hearing, and reading, there really only appears to be two suitors who have the ammunition to buy them outright and that's probably Glencore and BHP, there wouldn't be too many players worldwide let alone Australia have the sort of money needed to do such a deal. my thinking was along the lines of Moranbah being the standout now that Grosvenor is a non-starter, the remainder of the mines would be sold down piecemeal style...Yancoal I'm thinking would be likely to be in the mix, although after today's report who knows. anyhow if you have heard anything let us know.
