Last I checked bad debts and arrears at CBA were were at a low of 0.08% of loans. Does anyone for one second believe this to be true. 40% of Australian households have a mortgage and 75% are variable. Rates have come up from 2.0% to 6.0%
And we are to believe that bad debts and arrears are less than 0.1%???
