How much time, 2 years or 5 years, i sold out of YAL at $6.91 avg on 08/08/2024 because the drop in price was predictable based around YAL reducing dividends. I wont buy back in until I see the results of Anglo asset sales. It all depends on why you own a stock if you are 30 years old and looking long term YAL is probably a good buy right now, but if you're retired and looking for income maybe not so much.
Back on topic of NHC - todays drop is an overreaction IMO, NHC still have all their cash, making good sales and not involved in an asset purchase at the moment.
