I just watched a "mine safety expert" on TV this morning interviewed about mine safety and PRC....
He said that the reason they don't have food and water storage areas in coal mines(like they do in metal mines) is to encourage miners to get out if there is any danger. This makes me think that our poor miners probably died in the first blast/noxious gasses.
He also added that he would never want to go into the PRC mine "at any time" in the future as he doesn't know what other damage to the mine the blasts might have caused.
