Just of the press, Boeing put a hold on their 777x due to an engine mount failure prompting a hold in their test flying. What was it, you guessed it cracks in a crucial section of engine mount. They are replacing the part and capturing any learnings from it. Just goes to show the importance of early crack detection.Here is hoping those learnings tell them they had better put a decent proven crack sensor on board. A useful little bit of news while we wait.
