dividend and growth game

there is talk TLS will pay dividends for the next decade of appr.10%, presently some brokers believe the sp of TLS will go to $3.50. if one compares this with TTS, the dividend may be in the same category as TLS, but unfortunately the sp may not increase in the same direction as TLS is presumed to. it seems the directors of TTS may need to pull up their sleeves and do something in favour of the TTS shareprice, so to say...opinion with valued comments by others are welcome...thanks....:-))
