You know, if they had a law whereby someone who raped would be incarcerated indefinitely or given the death penalty the chances of this happening would be so remote it wouldn’t be the issue they make it out to be. Other factors need to be addressed way prior to this excuse in percentage terms. Economic factors is a glaring issue. Not to say it’s not a consideration but an easy fix in that regard all the same.
