Doesnt matter if the specific tech is different or not. Basically it's large scale battery storage. Therefore the competition is anything in that space including lithium ion. Whether atc's product is better doesn't really matter these days. If the competition has similar but different then it's game on. In fact, at this large scale, price will be the key determinant. Like ev's, Tesla is out of favour against the cheaper Chinese models. They are all ev's but people will favour cheaper ones. No difference to business or governments. Atc needs to get cracking.
