Using the Gordon valuation model (which feels appropriate for DTL), results reflect current price assuming you revert to a long term ROE of 20%.
However ROE has consistently been increasing (~20-60% over 10 years) due to the negative working capital model and opening jaws, so that assumption is probably conservative. Not many companies on the ASX where you can extract all the earnings into your pocket and still grow at these rates.
