So the option holders who I presume is Chris and other board/instos will be exchanged for PLS shares. so they get free shares in PLS at no cost to them at a 20c equivalent valuation. So their value was certainly maximised as they screwed the rest of us.
also why the hell would you make a deal BEFORE the DFS comes out. would you get more leverage with bigger numbers. for a board that was once great they've don't the dirty to all of us
