I recall a few years back when we had the AGM that was famous for the Rincon tin shed and a few ponds deal that many posters protested on HC but only a handfull critised Phil Thomas and the Board.
ADY had security guards and their legal reps on location in anticipation of a mutiny. Nothing happened. I was so disappointed at the pathetic response by agrieved shareholders.
Hope that at this AGM some backbone is shown.
I am not attending as i bailed out long ago.Could not trust any of the current and past Board members.
Hopefully some blood will be spilt and directors get the bullet.
