Nice post Leroy,very damning.If you were the manager of a department answerable to a board and had a performance graph like that,your head would roll.Think about it the board would not put up with it.
They would say to the manager,we have invested good money into you and you are not delivering,in what has been a very favorable market.
The difference here is they are the board and not answerable to anyone except the Share Holder,so as Leroy says VOTE NO and make a difference.If nothing comes out of it except the board realizes we are not happy,then at least they may change there ways.There are no excuses for that performance graph.
Howard will always get the votes to stay in power but it is the only avenue we as share holders have to speak as a collective.The more NOs to Resolution 2,the more we are voicing our disapproval.
