So our management is happy with the company being valued at $5 mill AUD (ex cash) - where we are now; this is why I say Hologic will buy us up, the total company, right now, for $5 mill AUD (ex the cash they put in); and the project they have in place to pay LUMOS a further $4.3 mill USD (6 mill AUD) they can just pay themselves - so they can OWN right now the entire Lumos for a total cost of MINUS $1 mill; they get PAID $1 mill to take over ownership of Lumos
