consider the difference between the loss to hedging .. which couldnt be quantified in advance anyway.. lets say your 200m loss
what dilution of our market cap would it have taken to raise the funds through CR?... 200m at 50c a share? 400m shares added.. i think im being generous to say the shareprice would have got anywhere near 50c without the securing of funding.. nonetheless th loss to dilution would far exceed that of the loss to hedging
