You need to join an investor webinar when they have one next.
The first use of funds for LDX is keeping their head above water by increasing revenue through FebriDx sales into the US and other countries and a continuation/expansion of their contract work.
Once the bleeding abates then they have other opportunities to go after/expand on to improve cashflow and profitability.
A share buy back by LDX would be a big sell signal for me as it would point to them having no growth options worth pursuing.
