I'd honestly rather speak to an AI than a thick-accented person over a very bad, laggy phone line when trying to get help from some ASX 100 company. These companies have crap websites, so you're forced to call. Then you end up talking over each other because of the international lag. They don't understand you and you don't understand them and it's an absolute f3uck fest of miscommunication. BRING ON BLOODY ROBOTS.
