STO buying Quadrant's Assets has in retrospect been disastr0us for CVN. After six years of very little progress being made and a shellacking to our share price, the market is obviously sceptical about the project being developed any time soon and so am I. Our 10% equity gives us very little say in the project and we are completely at STO's mercy.
