They have simply purchased loans from Humm's commercial business flexicommercial - which remains the collector and manager of the loans, but flexicommercial gets a big chunk of the original funds back to re lend. It points to the quality of the flexicommercial loan book but may or may not have had much to do with the SP rise except for the presence of the article IMO
