Key takeaway. They PAID a settlement. Even though they included a condition to "not admit liability" the payment implies fault. Not admitting something doesn't mean they didn't do it, it's simply "taking the fifth amendment"...
Second time they've paid out millions rather than refute the allegations in open court.
