As anyone who has been on this forum for a good amount of time, there are some posters that are VERY critical of Lindsay and the way he has managed this project. I personally don’t share this views and think it is quite amazing how far he has progressed. Getting a project off the ground anywhere in the world is difficult enough, but if all goes well Lindsay will have managed to do this in Africa, which is notoriously even more difficult. Not only that but he is also making progress on the GA at the same time.

Having spent a couple of days with Lindsay, Steve and the Minbos staff at Cabinda, i have every respect for them all, particularly Lindsay. It's not easy being CEO of a small cap company in times like these and I do not agree with posters making critisim of Lindsay or management as has been done very often in the past. He has a positive and entrepreneurial spirit which is so important with a company of this size, but tempers it with the necessary discipline required of an ASX company. Not an easy task !

He explained the company history to me and my lack of memory prevents me from relating exact detail to the forum, but if I recall correctly he has been involved with the project for some years and in the early days when it was in private ownership, the two previous owners had some form of disagreement and as a consequence, the project licence was revoked and taken back by the government. I cannot recall what Lindsay's position was or the company's status was at that time, but he and perhaps others persevered and eventually succeeded in winning the concession back and creating Minbos, the ASX company as we know it today. In some of his interviews he has mentioned snippets of this history. I was quite fascinated to hear this first hand from him and forgive me for being short and a tad vague on detail and some of the facts that I have repeated may not be absolutely correct, but it is important that shareholders are aware that Lindsay has fought tooth and nail to get US to where we are today. None of us are perfect and in hindsight Lindsay might admit that some things did not go as well as they could have, but issues have been addressed and the company is making good progress towards construction and commencement of mining. Additionally the add on of the Green Ammonia project is very much a Lindsay instigated entrepreneurial idea and concluded deal with the Government.

So thank goodness we have Lindsay at the helm to have taken us to where we are today and I'm sure he will take us over the next two steps into construction very soon.

The foregoing is my recollection of conversations with Lindsay and is provided to the forum with the best intention of providing background and history of our Company and the past efforts of the Managing Director, Lindsay Reed. There may be minor errors, but the information is provided with the very best intent for all concerned.

    Largest holding is Minbos
