Yeah, I get that. But as far as I can see both parties had to agree to those timelines… he had them over a barrel and surely could’ve pushed for a far speedier resolution. Simple argument is they’ve had 18 months (plus years) how on earth could they need more time!?

Perhaps the timelines were dictated by the courts, but it certainly feels mishandled to me. And to be ‘pleased’ with still more delays is pretty galling.

But yes, at least there some silver linings. But frustration is certainly palpable amongst holders with justifiable reason.
